One of the reasons Ron Paul is gaining such enthusiastic support is that he is the only major party candidate calling for significant change. Besides withdrawing from Iraq, instituting a more sensible foreign policy, and reinstating our fundamental Constitutional freedoms, Ron Paul is also calling for substantial reductions in federal spending, enough to eventually end the income tax and abolish the Internal Revenue Service.

Through his campaign, Ron Paul is teaching many the benefits of limited government. First they tried to ignore him, then they tried to embarrass him, and now the attack dogs are out in full- force. In a desperate attempt they are trying to dig up any dirt from his past, but Ron Paul doesn't have any skeletons in his closet. He is a model of consistency, which can't be said for most politicians. The hit pieces are mounting, and many are trying to misrepresent him and his message, but to no avail. You must be doing something right when you are getting attacked from all sides. If Ron Paul has no chance of winning and he is nothing more then a second-tier candidate, as many are suggesting, why is there such a concerted effort to discredit and silence him? ....
The longer he stays in this race the more people his message will reach. We are on the verge of something big, and we all have a chance to make history.

DES MOINES, IOWA – Presidential candidate Ron Paul held a rally today celebrating life and liberty at the Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines, Iowa. The event was held immediately after and next door to a Republican candidates forum sponsored by the Iowa Christian Alliance and Iowans for Tax Relief. Dr. Paul was the only GOP candidate excluded from the forum, so his campaign organized an event of its own. Despite being planned in less than a week, Dr. Paul's event singlehandedly outdrew the other forum and its six participating candidates by several hundred attendees.
"Today, Ron Paul demonstrated how deeply his message of freedom and limited government is resonating across the nation," said campaign manager Lew Moore.
Dr. Paul, addressing a packed room, received thunderous applause many times and as well as several standing ovations.....

He may have become at last what he has always deserved to be: the most respected member of the U.S. Congress. He is also the only Republican candidate for president who is truly what all the others pretend to be, namely, a conservative. His career shows that a patriotic, pacific conservatism isn’t a paradox......
I can only attest that to know him is to love him, and knowing him for many years has only deepened the esteem I felt for him when we were both much younger men. This is a man who strikes deep chords in people’s hearts.
Every attempt to portray him as an extremist, or even eccentric, founders on his palpable probity and wisdom. His words are the carefully measured words of one given to meditation. Ron Paul is a man you listen closely to.

Lew also said something funny but profound. He reported that prior to one of the three major televised debates all the campaign managers were gathered together to be briefed on the format, rules, etc. During this meeting, a manager for one of the other candidates demanded that he be provided with the Pantone color code of the backdrop that would appear behind his candidate!
This is what we've come to in this country. This is what passes for politics, this vapid pageantry and window dressing. The ties and the suits may go perfectly with the background and register beautifully on camera, but those suits are empty. Many rehearsed platitudes are recited through gleaming smiles, but nothing is actually said.
And then there's Ron, who cares more about ideas and knowledge and principles than about qualifying for the cover of GQ; who frequently speaks for hours without ever using notes. He is the anti-politician.
People recognize real leadership when they see it. That's what the buzz is about.
If you take time to look closely at how the media promotes their top candidates or suddenly begins promoting a new candidate not currently in the running, you'll get a glimpse into how the Powers That Be (PTB) make sure America only gets to vote on candidates selected by them. The PTB have a real problem with the rising popularity of Rep. Ron Paul, the only reliable and principled anti-war and limited government candidate. A significant sector of voters are tired of pro-war Republicans and disgusted with go-along Democrats. In response, the PTB have three controlled candidates waiting in the wings ready to divert attention from any non-controlled candidate: New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Former Senator and actor Fred Thompson, and Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich. If we don’t recognize that Ron Paul truly is the strongest candidate in the field, we may as well hand the keys back over to the Clintons now so they can start measuring the drapes.

Ron Paul makes the rest of the presidential field look bad. All they have on him is empty name recognition… An educated voter WILL vote for Paul unless he is completely brainwashed by his respective party or has an IQ in the single digits (which is basically the same thing).

He was one of only a handful of Republicans who voted against the Iraq war as well as against the National ID and Patriot Act. Dr. Paul has vowed to eliminate the IRS, CIA, and the Federal Reserve if elected president. He preaches a non-interventionist foreign policy and wants to return America to a republic. Unlike other candidates who wish to destroy the Constitution, he wants to preserve and restore it.
...His message is simple, but refreshing and in the process, he is making the other candidates look like fakes, phonies, and liars while he comes across as genuine, sincere, and honest. Read The Whole Article>
One supporter out there offers this suggestion.
Also it has been suggested that using a rubber stamp would be cleaner and better looking. I highly recommend finding a website that will make rubber stamps and using one to mark bills, however if you are on a budget or would like to send some out immediately the marker method is fabulous as well! This is something everyone can do at little to no cost. All you have to do is spend your money as usual!
BTW While defacing currency IS illegal, however, merely writing or stamping on a bill doesn’t fit the Bureau of Engraving and Printing’s definition of an improper act:
